will be among the best on the server, if you cannot hack it, you
will be benched.
The outlook of the leadership is to view the commitment to to the guild as though you were participating in an adult sports league where your team desired to be competitive. If you miss practice and games, if you have no skill, then you will be sitting on the bench. That does not mean that you will not be invited out for pizza and beer afterwards though! We expect those who want Raider rank to make a similar commitment and show that skill level. If you do not, then do not be surprised if a raid spot is not open.
