Since we are going into Warlords Of Dreanor With out a Current Raid Roster our recruitment is OPEN, With that
Being said when the first tier in W.o.D comes out Players with both past experience and the appropriate gear
at that time will be taken.

Recruitment
Like the post said above, our recruitment is open and we are looking for any exceptional players to fill up raid spots
for the coming 6.1 patch. The plan for between now and then is to recruit as many exceptional players as we can and
when the expansion is released slowly remove and replace players not pulling there own weight.

To Have the best chances of having a raid spot come 6.1 when filling out your application make sure to fill out raiding
experience section properly as well as adding logs.

Raider Expectations

With going into W.o.D without our roster and mass recruiting we are going to try to hold our raiders to high expectations
as well as the trials.

90% + attendance
Ability to learn new Mechanics
take criticism and apply it to your gmaeplay
We will not require this ATM but have the ability to play multiple classes


The Plan For 6.1
With Mists Of Pandaria coming to a end it is going to be hard to know who we will want for Raiding in the next tier.
Alot of people are coming back to the game and it will be hard to judge old players coming back to the game without
proper gear.

With only over One month till the expansion we are recruiting 30 Raiders to start the expansion. Once the expansion comes we WILL be going into our new raid times for progression.

Tuesday - 8-12 pm Est
Wednesday - 8-12 pm Est
Thursday - 8-12 pm Est
Friday - 8-12 pm Est
Saturday - OFF
Sunday - OFF
Monday - 8-12 pm Est

This Scheduled is NOT Final But We will be raiding 4-5 days a week due to separate lockouts being for Normal-Heroic and mystic lockouts. (we will be raiding 25 man normal/heroic for increased loot drops to feed Mystic group) With the 3 separate lockouts for each raid we Will raid all 3 tiers till we have enough gear to progress thou mythic raiding.

After tier 17 we will have a steady group and be able to jump right into mythic and the progression race.

Loot
Loot will be done Via Loot council using the epgp addon to stream line handing out loot
loot council will consist of
The Gm
Officers
1 Random raider each night
