10man Guild based on Scilla. Lead by 3 people who have raided
hardcore back in Vanilla and TBC. Working on hardmodes now, since
last week we have killed 4 HM bosses in 3 days(combined). For more
info go to our site for weekly kills/videos!
Mediocre and Predictable is a progression prioritizing 10-man guild on a casual schedule. We're located on the Scilla (EST-PVP) server on Alliance side. Many of our members are former competitive players that now have responsibilities out of game to attend to. Our emphasis is getting things done efficiently in game while still being able to enjoy that thing called "life" as well as the company of our guildmates.
We raid twice a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:30pm-11pm EST. Invites/getting to the raid location begin at 7:30pm and we pull no later than 8pm. Officially we only have 2 raid days, but if there is a 100% consensus with all parties involved, we may add on a 3rd day once in a while.
When it comes to awarding loot, we use a member-interest driven loot-council. Basically, if something drops and you want it, you let it be known after the loot is linked in chat. The officers ultimately decide where the items go, but members and officers alike are expected to be fair when taking/passing on items. We're basically not jerks about it.
The guild does not have a guild master. It is run collectively between several officers. Officers are simply members with more administrative and leadership duties--we're a guild of friends and we like to keep it that way.
