Welcome! Karma is a World of Warcraft raiding guild located on the
Shadow-moon (US) PvP server.
Karma consists of gamers honoring the true traditions of what once meant something when the game began during Vanilla. We strive in progression to reach end game content while honoring each other as members. Interested in experiencing the full limits of raiding content? If so, then you may have arrived at the right place! We are all about Karma because what you give is definitely what you will receive.
We use Loot Council with an attendance based DKP system. This promotes and rewards good attendance.
GUILD STRUCTURE and LEADERSHIP:
Our guild hierarchy ranks trickle down from QIYAMAT, as our guild-leader, who bestows and branches various duties of leadership to a mature group of his chosen officers / council trustees. It is here within this structure that leadership is held, practiced and distributed choices are made to better our guild as a whole. Qiyamat has a strong knowledge base of the game; he has raided since beta and has been leading successfully for four years.
Guild Ranks:
- Guildmaster: make's the important decisions for guild/raids direction with advisement from officers and council.
- Council Advisor: assists the guildmaster in the administration of the guild (guild bank, site, forums, recruitment).
- Officers: assists the guildmaster and council advisor in the daily running of the guild / raids.
- Retired Raider: Grey haired old men who cant find their viagra or grey haired old women who can't remember where they left their dentures. Slogging for the guild... no doubt.
- Raid team 1: established... initial core raiding members of Karma.
- Raid team 2: established... raiding members of Karma/ considered benched due to attendance.
- Alt – Enough said.
- Friends & family: friends of the guild that are not actively raiding but are welcomed to join the guild members in random scheduled events for 10 man pvp activities as long as they have maintained adequate gear for the raid level intended.
- Recruit: are trial members who we want to impress us with their ability to think and follow directions.
