“Reckless” WoW Guild

Reckless is currently looking for a 6th healer preferably MW Monk and 1 or 2 great ranged dps.

Reckless is always recruiting any exceptional DPS/Heals that believes they can beat any of our current DPS/Heals for a raid spot.

Our Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights
8:00 PM - 12AM EST
We will raid until 1AM most nights during progression.

About Reckless
We are a guild founded in March 2010. Our main goal as a group is to progress in raid content as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our group is made up of motivated, skilled, and focused gamers who's main objective in WoW is to progress in raiding and fight for server firsts. We are looking for members who share those qualities. Players who are content to just be complacent and not do everything they can to help raid progression are quickly filtered out.

Community and atmosphere
We are a group that has a sense of humor. We take raiding very seriously, but in our downtime we like to have a good time. Whether that is grouping up for world pvp, rbg's, playing other games together (Dota 2, SC 2, LoL, Diablo 3, PoE etc.) or simply sitting in vent and busting each others balls. We are an open minded group, and have a very diverse roster. Players that are racist, homophobic, sexist and otherwise a douchebag are not welcome here whatsoever. The average age in our roster is mid 20's and we expect our players to act like it. Loot whores and drama queens are laughed out of our guild. We don't take kindly to our members forum trolling, talking shit in chat channels or bringing otherwise bad attention to us. We act like adults, we expect you to as well.

No Drama
Practically every serious guild makes this promise. Most fail to deliver. Truthfully, I doubt many of you see this and automatically accept it as truth. However, we understand that one of the biggest guild killers is stupid, pointless drama. Should an issue arise that can not be immediately resolved, then the offending people(s) are simply removed from raid and we continue on without them; leaving them to wait until we're done with the raid before we deal with them. The raid comes first, always. What you do on your own time is your own business, but the moment you step foot into a raid with 24 other people, you are no longer on your time. You're on the raids time. It isn't your 4 hours spent raiding that night, it is the raids collective 100 hours spent raiding that night. NO ONE, and I repeat NO ONE has the right to waste that time.

Why should you join us?
We do everything we can to be as fair as possible to everyone. We don't allow drama to splinter the guild. We share the earned wealth we've earned with the players who've earned it (repairs, feasts etc). Our leadership doesn't play 'favorites' and allow players to get away with murder because they know an officer. Everyone is treated the same. Be reliable, know your shit, do your homework, and don't be a douchebag. If you can swing acting like an adult and be motivated by killing bosses, we'd like to talk to you.

Our philosophy in raiding is simple and balanced. We take the best 25 to every boss. Every member from the GM to a new initiate could be sat if it means we have a better shot at killing a boss. Just because you've reached raider rank or above doesn't mean you can just be complacent and get carried. That doesn't fly here.

We take pride that we have maintained a solid roster for ages. We have a system that works.
