Invites
A lot of people ask about ginvites, when they happen, etc. Since we still consider ourselves a raiding guild, albeit casual, anyone looking to get in the guild to raid is held to a 2 week tryout period that they are invited to raids to check performance and attitude. If everything goes well during that 2 weeks a ginvite is offered.

History
The Beez were setup originally to better coordinate our 10 mans (Karazhan) and have a name to attach to ourselves that we could build a reputation on and start recruiting for 25 man content in World of Warcraft. The person who came up with the name is Krigg / Volker on the Spinebreaker server. As far as I (Valex/Gaiaah/Mustacheride/Zimmerz/Joe) know, we are the first Beez guild in WoW, maybe I am wrong.

Our Goals
One of our main goals has been to remain a casual raiding guild that has little drama. 1 out of 2 right? I guess little drama is a little harder than it seems, there is always drama but I certainly think we minimize it a great deal more than other guilds by our stricter recruiting policy. But then again, taking a look at the original members, none of which still actually raid with the guild, technically, though they have come back as of late. Even with our casual raid schedule it is still rather stressful at times and people still burn out. Members that leave the guild/raid usually remain good friends with a number of people in the guild/raid and we like to keep it that way, people leaving isn't a concern, it happens to every guild for every reason, life goes on, there's also a bit of pride in the fact that many of our members leave and go to top guilds on the server. Annoyed that they left after we geared them up a bit, sure, but still, this is a social game, many still help the guild and the raid regularly. Eventually, even as a casual guild, the goal is to compete with the top guilds on progression and as such, we will have a much lower attrition rate.

The Guild and the Raid
The Guild and the Raid are essentially separate entities, although at this point, the entire raid group usually consists of guildies. One benefit of actually being in the Beez is that everyones repair costs for the raids are covered. BOE and trade type drops (recipes, primordial saronite, etc) are generally available to anyone in the guild at half the going AH price. Please speak up if you're interested though, as we tend to cash these items out quickly.
