Guild Raiding Policy: ATR's management expects you to be able to learn mechanics and fully understand your class and role in raid. We allow all raiders a reasonable amount of attempts on each boss fight to grasp an understanding of how to kill the boss. After the group has established a strategy that works for us, if you are a constant offender of standing in mechanics, or causing others to fail, you might be asked to step out for the remaining pulls that raid night. While we all love to have fun, we enjoy pushing through content as well. Having one or two members holding the team back is something that not only just frustrates others, but is not acceptable.

Raid Loot Policy: ATR uses Loot Council for main core raid nights & open rolls for any raid with more then 1-2 outsiders. ATR's management considers Weapons, Trinkets, & Item Tier Set pieces to be higher priority then other loot drops. Distributing loot takes into account your raid performance, effort, as well as all eligible candidates’ currently equipped gear. We do our best to make sure every member gets upgrades based on what will benefit the group to progress further and faster. Random B.O.E. gear is rolled for MS/OS, if no one needs it's sold for gbank gold.

Raid Schedule: Tuesday - Gear Farm. Wednesday & Thursday - Progression(Core members only). 10pm - 1am.(Stormrage/est time)
All core members are expected to make set raid days/times during progression. We use weekends as fill in days for alt runs or possibly running some additional attempts on fights from earlier in the week. All members are required to respond to in-game calendar invites asap for each raid so we can make changes to the raid group before raid night.
