“Coalescence” Guild

<Coalescence> is a weekend progression raiding guild on Stormrage. Currently, our progression is 5/13M; We as a whole strive to progress well into end game content, in a timely and organized fashion.

What is Expected of You:

Show up to raid 15 minutes prior to the raid beginning.

• Be fully repaired, equipped with sufficient flasks, pre-pots, health/mana potions (provided by the guild).
  
• Be mature enough to step out if needed, certain bosses require group comps to initially down a boss for the first time. Its called taking one for the team. (If you are asked to step out due to lack of proper skill - we will coach you through the week and after the raid)
  
• Be ready and willing to wipe during raid progression.
  When committing to a raid you are required to stay during the beginning to the end of the raid, if you leave early because you don't want to be there you WILL be replaced.
  
• While on progression fights you are expected to maintain a respectful and mature attitude. There will not be any horseplay and chatter allowed during progression fights.
  
  
  Raid Times:
  
  Saturday - 8pm - 12am EST
  Sunday - 7pm - 10pm EST
  
  Loot Rules:
  
  Loot is distributed through EPGP system. Trial raiders do not get priority for loot above the actual raid team. You will receive loot when and if the core team does not need the loot that has dropped.
  
  Classes Being Recruited:
  
  Highest Priority DPS : Warlocks, Moonkin
  
  DPS: Warlock, Elemental Shaman, Moonkin, Enhancement Shaman
