“Contingency Plan” Guild

<Contingency Plan> Progression-oriented 10 man raiding.

When stranded as Alliance in Terokkar, you've few better options than <Contingency Plan> for progress.
Raids are T/W/Th from 7-10PM Server with extended times and dates when progress is at stake.
Exceptional candidates are always welcome, however if such is not the case apply strictly if you are among the class/spec comps desired.

As far as what you have to be to find yourself in our raids:
-Punctual: What a surprise, you actually have to be online and on time to get into raids?! Well--that is indeed the case. Note: We insist you're consistent when it comes to this. If you're consistently showing up, keep it up, you'll join us in no time. If you're consistently missing, keep it up, we don't wanna gkick someone without having the most solid reasons.

-Prepared: Have your own flasks and food buffs. We can provide, but honestly, would you rather have us hand you flasks/food or loot?
This also applies to gear. If you aren't in the best gear you can be before entering top-tier raids, you're not going to find yourself in our raids. Our goal is to move forward--not take a step back, hold someone's hand, pull them to our level, and then hope they stick around so that we can possibly take a step in the right direction.
Also, this one should be obvious enough--know fights.

-Competent: If we have to repeatedly explain or review simple concepts, /sigh@you. We often raid for 6 hours+ in progression nights, and dealing with idiots for this many hours a night isn't something we're fond of.

-Good Attitude: If we wipe for hours on end, we all get bitchy and tired. Officers in this guild will be on your ass when this happens. Deal with it. Don't want to? Then make sure you're not screwing up.
The average age in this guild is late teens--the behavior is proof. If you're not willing to deal with the most absurd banter in gchat and vent, then you shouldn't be a part of us.
Though aside from dealing with us, we have to deal with you. Don't be more of an ass than you need to. Don't be selfish. Don't be more outspoken than you need to be. Just don't be annoying or a hassle in general.
