Winners Make It Happen, is now openly recruiting dedicated DPS for
our 10 man raid progression. A little background on us. We are a
cataclysm formed guild. Our core is 6 real life friends and some of
our friends we have met on WoW. We all have extensive raiding
backgrounds, including hardcore raiding during some content. We
have completely slacked off leveling our guild since with a core of
about a whole 13 players who refuse to do 5 heroics a day to cap
our experience. We're currently 12/12 and starting heroic
progression.
Our raid times are from Approx 7pm-12pm server Mon-Tues-Wed. The days are subject to change depending on how many we have on ready to go. If a kill is close we will be raiding late to finish it up.

Requirements (Read This)
These requirements are a minimum.
Good Connection/Good Computer: This means you are able to give 100% each and every attempt. Lagging/Chain Dc'ing is not an option. Random DC's Lag spikes happen but it should not be a regular thing for you.
Gear: Raiding Gear is a must. You will not be accepted if you do not have raiding gear. This proves to us that you were once useful enough for someone else to give you loot. No crafted epics do not count.
Attendance: We are currently looking for dedicated players that can achieve 80% raid attendance.
As a person/player: In some short words. Fun, Skilled, Reliable, Dedicated. Mostly we ask you to listen. If you can do that you will go a long way with us.
If you feel you do not feel you meet these requirements please do not apply.
Loot rules:
We do Officer loot but generally all loot is decided amongst the people receiving it. You will get loot when you deserve or if your lucky its rotting.
You must also be able to provide Logs of any raids you have done. If your guild does not log too bad. We need to be able to see how you perform in raids before you are accepted. No log = no acceptance.
