“Harvest” WoW Guild

<Harvest> is a horde-side progression guild on the Velen server. While we do not raid hardcore hours, we have a hardcore raiding mentality. We raid FOUR DAYS A WEEK for THREE HOURS A DAY (Wed/Thur Sun/Mon from 7:30 to 11PM PST). With that being said there are some rather colorful characters in the guild, all of them adult. Topics on Ventrilo and in guild chat can range from the newest movies to the current economic climate to the kinds of jokes you hear from drunken frat-boys. If you're easily offended or thin-skinned this is likely not the place for you. If you like to joke around and PLAY a game then you'll probably feel right at home.

How Long have you been a guild?
Murderlust has been running this guild since 8.27.07 though now that we are under a new name as of 2.20.08, the idea and structure is still the same! We have been together a long time, a few of us even raided together on alliance before re-rolling here! This is a very close-knit group of people and as long as you come in and relax, you will have found yourself a great home!

Will I fit in?
That depends. <Harvest> is an adult guild with adult topics and conversation and we don't mean just the perverted kind either. We discuss politics and religion as much as we discuss women!

If you have a thin skin, this guild is NOT for you.
If you are easily offended, this guild is NOT for you.
If you are under 18 OR run the risk of being grounded by mommy and daddy or have a curfew, this guild is NOT for you.
If you are whipped and are at the beck and call of a significant other, this guild is NOT for you.
If you are a loot-wh0re that only logs on to raid and doesn't want to help the guild out of raids, this is NOT the guild for you.

HOWEVER

If you are a working adult without time to invest into the game 24/7 but still want to see raiding content, this IS the guild for you.
If you are wanting a chance to be a part of a close-knit guild with drive to progress, this IS the guild for you.
If you are a team player that enjoys helping guildies out beyond raiding, this IS the guild for you.

How is loot done?
Loot is decided on by Officers through a loot council system, we understood from the very beginning that if we don't gear you, we don't progress! So loot is given out as evenly as possible to all members. When loot drops in 25 man content, officers discuss about who it goes to and for what reasons, these reasons are usually based on rank, attendance and attitude. Kara and farm night loots are either "Who wants it?" or /roll, that only applies to Kara and farm nights (Tues, Fri & Sat).

If you are going to apply, get accepted and then fail to log on for a week, please note that you will be removed without being spoken to.

We have several people in the guild that have vast experience in both raiding and the game in general so we are quick to offer suggestion and criticism in order to better people as raiders. If you cannot take criticism, DO NOT APPLY. If you suck, we do not hesitate in telling you BUT we will also work on helping you UNsuck.

Because we only raid 4 days a week for 3 hours a night we expect everyone to have 99.9% attendance! We do understand that people have lives and stuff comes up, but as long you post in our AFK section and notify an Officer you will be fine.
