“Aeon” Guild

Aeon of Whisperwind is a semi-hardcore progression guild looking for a couple exceptional players to round out our raid group. We are a tight knit group of friends who have raided together since Cataclysm. We are looking for a couple players who will fit the high expectations we have for our raiders, while also fitting in with the overall personality and social aspects of the guild. The progression and state of the guild are always our priority.

Applicants Expectations
-Be in the Proper Spec
-Have all Gear Enchanted Properly
-Have all Gear Gemmed Properly
-Have all Gear Reforged Properly
-Have Essential Gear Upgraded
-Know all of the Encounters Thoroughly

Loot
Loot is handled through system where a score that is a percentage of the total BiS score is assigned to each player. Then that score is reduced the further a character's current gear is from the BiS set. The idea is that better geared players will get more out of a gear upgrade than weaker geared players. This favors overall raid progression.

Raid Times
We raid three days a week, with a potential fourth day based on player availability if we are close to downing a new progression kill. We raid:
-Tuesday 6:45 PM CST/7:45 PM EST (Server)
-Wednesday 6:45 PM CST/7:45 PM EST (Server)
-Thursday 6:45 PM CST/7:45 PM EST (Server)
-Sunday 6:45 PM CST/7:45 PM EST (Server) (If Needed for Progression)
