A little bit about us -
The current core of players in OSB are extremely competitive in nature and highly talented individuals, our goals as a guild is to progress through future tiers of content at a very competitive and aggressive level as a whole. In addition, we expect every player to feel confident in themselves and to be trusting of other raid members choices during raid time. We believe in pushing ourselves and our characters to the absolute pinnacle and expect nothing less from each other and future recruits.
Raiders in this guild are expected to be extremely knowledgeable about their class in a highly detailed fashion. We expect you know how to reforge, play every single spec, know which professions are the most competitive, know how to record parses for yourself, know how to properly gear, enchant, gem, and itemize your character to the absolute max, how to correctly look over world of logs and compare yourself to others, and above all making sure you are extremely raid-aware.
In short, we expect nothing short from perfection.
