“Elysium” Guild

Elysium needs full-time Ranged DPS and Heals ready *now* to down ICC 25 bosses.

We seek Raiders able to attend the vast majority of raids; players who are geared, prepared to die a bit (or a lot) without going into threatrics, and foaming at the mouth for the chance to be a full-time participant in our trespass through Icecrown Citadel.

This includes class/spec knowledge, play-style and macros allowing focus on raid awareness versus watching CDs, as well as output/gear appropriate to meet and defeat the demands of ICC 25 content.

We are a solid core of slow-boiled Raiders who don't like drama or loot hooring. We seek self-policing Raiders with the maturity and wisdom to direct their own behavior.

Our growth from Social to 25-(wo)man content has been challenging, fun, and rewarding, but now it's time to see if the theory holds: if a bunch of fun-loving newbs can overtake elitist jackdouchers in progression simply by having a good time and not emo-disbanding.

We don't expect perfection, but a strong desire to learn and perform is required.

We are currently accepting the following classes and specs for our fully stacked raids:

Shaman - Elemental (1)
Paladin - Holy (1)
Druid - Resto (1)
Ranged DPS - (4)

Our primary raid schedule is Sunday, Monday, and Thursday for 25s, from 8 pm ST to approximately 11 pm ST. Tuesdays we will also do recruitment/fun runs of VoA/Ony 25 for as long as that gear is still useful. Offnights generally see 10-(wo)man content although no one is dragged against their will into these nor should you get upset if there is not always room for you in these.

Our loot in 25s will be distributed by EPGP. If there is a single PUG in the raid we will revert to free main spec rolls.

We do allow foul language in our vent and gchat in support of free speech however racist or otherwise inflammatory speech is expressly forbidden and will earn a hasty boot.
