Raiders:
We value players that are going to put in the work to play at their highest capability. This includes being extremely knowledgeable of both their spec and the boss fight. It is expected that our raiders come prepared and ready to perform. Players that can multi-spec/multi-class are highly valued. The 20 most dependable and valuable players will be chosen for each fight. We seldom require our raiders to play the “meta” spec or class as long as they can perform up to the standard required, although playing the most optimal spec for a fight is highly encouraged. We maintain a light-hearted raid environment and enjoy making jokes and having fun, while also being respectful to one another.
