Leadership
A little about us:
<Iron Vanguard> (Zul'jin) Is an adult raiding guild with a long history of late night parties, and drunk shenanigans. While only raiding 6 hrs a week (3 hrs a night) we are a Mythic Progression guild while not being hardcore we still manage to kill bosses. We thrive off our motto "Personality before Skill" because we strongly believe in the "family" Feel of a guild. While being apart of Iron Vanguard upon joining you will become apart of our family and be treated accordingly. We have no cliques in Iron Vanguard, We always include everyone in Raids, Mythic +, Old Content and so on.
If you are looking for a casual raid environment with competent raiders that can push the content quickly and still keep up with other semi-hardcore guilds with a lax schedule of 2 nights per week (6 hours) we are for you. We actively partake in discussions on our Guild Discord whether it be boss strategies, class discussions, or just general bs'ing, feel free to check out our Discord I guarantee you its a step above the others.
Progression: 9/9 Heroic ToS 4/9M ToS

Raid Times:
-Tues,Wed (Progression nights) at 8-11PM Server
-Thursday (Optional Farm Night) 8-11pm Server.
We are currently looking to expand into Antorus, With a 2nd raid team coming into play we are accepting exceptional following Raiders.
Healer: Holy Paladin
Range: Boomkin
Melee damage: Arms/Fury Warrior
Tank: Full
-ALL Casuals welcome to join, We do alt/casual raids as well!
What can you expect from us?
-Stress Free raid environment.
-People willing to help you fix your mistakes.
-We are a bench free community.
-All Raid Materials are on us.
-Very active and social Environment (Inside and outside of Raids).
-Active discord throughout the day/Night.
Expectations:
-Be on time
-Have Discord for voice communication
-Have installed the required add-ons
-Prepare for raids outside of raid times (repairs, food, flasks, potions etc.)
-Know your class and raid mechanics outside of raid times
-Join in on meetings and discussions held by the Guild and Raid Members as requested
