“My Key Your Carry” Guild

<My Key Your Carry> is a mythic raiding guild on Zul'jin. We promote a healthy fun and chill, but determined attitude. Our core group has been raiding together for several years now, and will continue to each tier. We are aiming for CE, however our main goal is to enjoy the time we spend raiding while pushing as high as we can. We run mythic+ keys fairly often through the week, usually having a group or 2 going every night. We have in the past had several irl meetups, we're hoping that any new joiners will thrive with us, and become part of our family.

Raid Times:

Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday 9 pm -12 am EST

We are currently 10/10 H and 3/10 M SOD.

Roster:
We currently have about 18 reliable solid players and 5 or 6 players who are casual but fill in the gaps as needed. We are hoping to bump that number up to around 24 main raiders, so we have several bench members, and we can sub out people for casuals as bosses become farm and loot is no longer needed.

Loot:
We use RC LootCouncil in our raids, but we allow our raiders to decide if they want to trade the piece or not. If they do, we distribute the loot based on progression goals, effort inside and outside of raid, and what's best for the raid team as a whole. If they choose to keep it, they must equip it.

Expectations:
-Be able to handle mature humor.
-Remain up to date on any needed grinds.
-You should do at least 1 +15 through the week for weekly vault. High proffered to have at least 2 options, we understand if people don't have time for 10.
-Have knowledge of both your class, and mechanics on fights and how you can handle it specifically.
-Be able to both give and take constructive criticism in a mature and respectful manner.

Raid Enviroment:
While mid fight, we expect people to keep coms cleared unless needed to make calls. We expect people to not argue with the raid lead while pulling, if we wipe on a bad call its his fault, not yours. If there are questions we are happy to discuss things between pulls or on break.
