Raid days / Times:
Tuesday – Thursday from 12am – 3am EST(9pm-12am PST)
1. Consistency: We are looking for consistent raiders, whether it be attendance, dps or mechanics. We want players who can perform and excel in all aspects of their class and in the raid.
2. Raid awareness: We are looking for players who have solid raid awareness! We want players who can do the dps - but above all we want players who can do the mechanics of each boss. If you can't do the mechanics, your dps doesn't mean !@#$.
3. Fun: We ultimately want all of our raiders to have fun while still being able to experience end game content while it's CURRENT. Afterall this is a GAME. We have a light mood in raid but definitely buckle down when it comes to progression bosses. We have an amazing time and the laughs most of the time never stop.
4. Attendance!!!!!: This is huge. We need people who are going to maintain as close to 100% attendance as possible. Too many guilds have had this issue in this expansion and we really strive not to run into this. If you sign up to raid with us this is a COMMITTMENT. It means Tues - Thurs from 12am EST - 3am EST you have decided to raid with us, so we expect you to be there outside of obviously excusable circumstances. If you can't committ, don't request a trial. Simple as that.
We are openly recruiting for any Exceptional DPS, but are specifically looking for:
