As promised, we are releasing new Speed Kills Rankings!

On the overview page you'll see list of all the bosses with 3 Best Guilds on each boss.



There is now Speed Kill Ranks in boss kill details on your guild page.



You can jump to Realm listing by clicking "Realm" link there. Guilds from your realm listed there.



Select your region from the menu.

    The fact that there isent a rank for first boss nearly invalidates the whole system, but it's a cute little "ranking" that people can look over.

    The ranking is based on armory time stamps between bosses. Like taking the time stamp of when you killed protectors and subtracting it from the timestamp of Norushen, if you took a 5 min break then or attempted heroics the time will be way longer than the actual kill time of the boss.

    There are plenty of bosses you can compete on.
    Your timer starts once you kill the first boss instead of entering instance.
    So for the race you've got 13 bosses instead of 14.
    I don't see how it invalidates anything, so your comment is kind of strange.

    Races start at the start not 7% into one. Also it's really just boss kills that truly matter.

    This is the first absolutely ridiculous rating on wowprogress. Better would have been removed information on the so-called "speed kill".

    Seems nice to let people know how fast they can clear content.
    Pretty usefull for guilds that dont raid everyday and can see their potential in managing their time.

    Now Kernel can you focus on connected realms?

    I guess there is no way to just record the kill rather then everything between last boss and the next boss.

    Would make it more interesting.

    Good Job Again! :) Dunno why people are complaining, if you dont like it just dont use it.
    For guilds like mine its fun feature - we cant compete for W-Firsts nor Server-Firsts cause of only 3-day raiding schedule but later on farm with same gear as others we can try to get some ranks with boss speed kills. If You want exact boss kill time you can go to WOL and check it there.

    Is there any way to update the rankings? Some of our kills from a week ago have been updated on our guild page but the realm/region/west lists do not show our updated times.

    - Boss Kill Time counting starts from kill of the previous boss and includes trash clearing
