“Firelords” Guild

*Language : Presently mostly Portuguese but we all speak English.
*Raids mythic / will raid mythic?: Doubtful. Serious mythic progression is not the goal. We like to aim low and exceed expectations.
*Current progress: 7/7 normal (but we started last week), mythic’s+
*Raiding schedule: weekends (normally Saturday or Sunday and Monday, 22:00 GMT , raids will last for about 2.5 hours. Almost all our members are on the GMT timezone.

*Some extra information about the guild:

Firelords was formed back in 2006 @ Emeriss. I believe the name derived from several unsuccessful Molten Core attempts where we wiped to … Firelords.
While in the past we were part of the Frozen Alliance, a consortium of guilds, with some (considerable) degree of raiding success and could be seen as extra hardcore ( nax40 in vanilla , rank 14's and so on ) Grandpa' Time catches us all, and so most of our members are now 30+ years old, have families and/or work obligations and therefore a somewhat limited amount of time to raid. Except our Guild master that is apparently reliving his rank14 grind days and inhabits in dimension of artifact power.

Even with all that, Legion caught our attention and made some of us return.
We are now trying to slowly rebuild a semi-casual raid team of 12 to 14 members with eyes on Heroic mode.
We are Looking for a few 110 level players (mostly Ranged dps but we are open to all) of item lvl 840 to 850 or so, that face the same adult life challenges, still love the game and have a realistic approach to what can be achieved (in terms of raiding) when time is limited.

As we normally have far more serious things to consider these days than world of Warcraft, our atmosphere can be described as "no drama, relax and play".
We normally do non raid content during the "normal working" week.
