“Spire” Guild

-- Who are we? ----
<Spire> were a well established 25man raiding guild on anchronos back in WOTLK, near the end of WOTLK some of us decided to take a break, when Cataclysm hit we moved to Shattered Hand and around 10 - 15 of us joined a 25man guild there where we cleared 12/12[N] in the new Cataclysm raids, after some time on shattered hand we felt like something was missing and that is the fact that anachronos is home, some of us are are now back and looking to once again battle it out at the top of the rankings here on anachronos.

We are a semi hardcore raiding guild who raid 3 nights a week, at the moment we can only run 10man but we are hoping to recruit enough players to raid 25man once again.

--- Recruitment ----
We are currently looking for around 15 good players within the following classes.

Druid (Resto/Feral) - Open
Deahtknight - (DPS) - Open
Hunter - Open
Mage - Open
Paladin (Ret/Holy) - Open
Priest - (Holy/Disc/Shadow) - Open
Rogue - Open
Shaman (Resto/ele/enh) - Open
Warlock - Open
Warrior - (Fury) - Open

Do not hesitate to apply if your class is closed, we will recruit anyone we feel can add depth to our raids.

--- What We Expect From You. ----
1. Players must be polite to members within and outside of the guild
2. Players must have DBM/Bigwigs and Ventrillo installed, a mic is not necessary as long as you can listen to the raid leader but it is preferred.
3. Players must have 95% attendance, we only raid 3 days a week so we cant afford people not showing up for the limited time we raid, we understand sometimes holidays happen and something’s are unavoidable but missing 1 day every week is not acceptable if this is you, DO NOT apply!
4. Players must have some experience within cata raids and preferably at the very least 346 geared.
5. Knowledge of your class, right gems and enchants, don’t QQ and moan about the cost of some enchants, just do it or don't bother applying.
6. You can take criticism, if we feel your doing something wrong, you will be told, don’t huff and puff about this, take it on the chin and improve your game.
7. Bring a stable connection, the odd DC happens but DC’ing on every attempt is not good enough.
8. Read up on new boss encounters I can not stress enough at how annoying it is going into a boss with some people playing blindly, it takes less then 10 minutes to watch a video and read about abilities on a boss, do it.

Wednesday - 19.30 - 23.00 - (3.30 Hours)
Thursday - 19.30 - 23.00 - (3.30 Hours)
Tuesday - 19.30 - 23.00 - (3.30 Hours)

Raid invites will all be put up on the in game calendar, I will hand select the best players I feel can provide the most input in the raid, all raid invites will start around 19.15, ready for 19.30, all players are expected to stay until the end (23.00) unless I have given permission to you other wise, players most bring flasks, food buffs to every raid and read up on tactics on new encounters.
