“Invasion” Guild

Invasion has been raiding since the tail end of Warlords of Draenor, a brief departure from the server during Battle of Dazar'alor. The guild was then put out of action after Eternal Palace.

With the promise of Dragonflight, the guild has been brought back and risen rapidly as our numbers grow steadily. We have changed our philosophy with raiding and recruitment. Instead of welcoming all willing to raid, we are taking an approach of finding the most suited members to our group. This has made us more selective in who we accept.

As a result, we are currently looking for players who are experienced rather than newcomers, as we are mostly made up of players looking for more advanced improvement. Our ambition is to have a stable and steady group of people who enjoy playing together and don't feel like they are carrying anyone else.

The current version of Invasion is made up of players from across a few expansions, brought back together to try and make a very strong effort. Due to this, we are interested in firstly reaching a solid roster, and once that has been achieved we will look to begin Mythic progress. We have had mild success in the past with mythic progress, even with a broad recruitment policy, and so we are confident in what we can achieve with the right people.

Our raid times currently are;

Thursdays and Tuesdays, 10pm to 12am server time. Four hours a week.

Our ideal recruit would be someone who desires the improvement of their character in equal stead to the group, not just relying on others to help them through. We are friendly to people learning, and appreciate anyone open to discussion or suggestion/recommendation, do not think you need to be minmaxing or meta/flavour of the month to join us. We would also expect dedication to the short raiding schedule, with only exceptional reasons for absence. Flexibilty of class is welcome, but ideally between tiers, rather than mid-tier. Acceptance of being benched for the sake of progress is a massive plus, no one likes being benched, but sometimes we need it for the team.
