“Titan” Guild

Titan:-

Titan is a well established 10 man raiding guild on Horde EU - Bloodhoof.

Our 10 man team has proven strong - From the release day of 4.3 - we managed to kill the first 4 bosses in Dragonsoul within the first 4 hours of raiding.
Within the first 2 weeks we managed to clear up to Deathwing.
But - we are always looking to strengthen the guild. Finding ways of improving ourselves.

Recruitmant Information:-

We are currently looking for skilled able raiders to strengthen our 10 man team even more - All applicants are considered regardless of required classes.

Our Current raiding days are as follow's
:- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - 21:00 to 00:00 ( Gmt +1 )
Choosing those specifc days and times have proven a bonus towards our raiding styles, Due to the fact it allows for us to have an option of Iron man raiding during the weekend. Allowing us to go over usual raid times to progress further into current content.
Titan is a relaxed atmosphere when out of raids. Very Friendly
But once the raid begins. Concentration is 110% for the entire raid.

The majority of our raiders in Titan have been playing on Bloodhoof for the past 6 - 7 years. And have transfered their knowledge and experience onto new raiders that have joined Titan.

Requirements of Applicants and Raiders:-

Once a Trial raider joins the guild, he/she will be expected to attend to 3/4 raids posted on the calendar - If their is an issue we expect a notification before the raid day. Unless it is an emergency ofcourse. They will also be expected to perform 110% of their capability.
Every raider in the guild who actually wants to be part of something, pushes their best every raid and does not think twice about looking for alternative options to making their performance better.

A trial raider is expected to have between 5 - 7 raids ( Full length ) experience with Titan, to allow the officers a clear overveiw of that trailist. Succeeding in this, you will earn the Mark of the Brotherhood and count yourself amoung us.

For existing Raiders:- If their is a shred of doubt that you are unable to perform to the standards you proved you could cope with, then your raider status within Titan shall be re-evaluated. In doing this, it is highly likely you wil be either demoted to a trialist - So that you have to take your test against the officers once again. Or you shall be replaced. Which is the most likely option.

Though our methods seem to be strict, it has proven very beneficial. Due to the fact it has kept all of our raiders performing at their peak.
