Hi, Dementia is always looking out for more skilled players to raid
with us. Our goal is to soon be able to start 25man raids. But atm
we are still progressing SoO 10 Hc.

What we demand of you:
Be willing to raid atleast 3 times a week.
Attendance: During progress our raiding schedule is demanding and it is important you understand this.
Our progress raids - that you will be expected to attend - starts at 19.00 and always ends at 23.00.
Dedication: You must possess a positive attitude towards raiding, especially when it comes to progress raiding. Members in Dementia is very passionate about their classes and roles in the guild and they are constantly looking for ways to improve.
You should be prepared to do everything it takes to maximise your characters effectiveness on the encounter(s).
During progress raids you need to be fully awake and focused - trying to understand and offer feedback in regards to the encounter via Skype, in-game. You must be mature and able to handle any criticism directed your way. We always consider the guild's priorities over our own personal glory.
