Who WE are:
Sabotage is a Horde guild on Defias Brotherhood that was formed in 2014. During BFA the leaders took a break for two years and are now rebuilding - hence the recruiting! Most of the core members are 30-40 and have been gaming together for years, from other games, other guilds, or from being RL friends/family.
We like to do a little bit of everything together (pushing mythic+ keys, raiding, arena, battlegrounds, mount/mog/achievement runs). What matters is that we are having fun and having a laugh. The most important aspect of the guild is that everyone is friendly towards one another and tries to includes one another.
Who YOU are:
We are looking for members aged 20+, that are reliable, respectful, dedicated, and social. We have no requirement for our members to raid or pvp or join groups to be a part of the guild. Social members are a vital part of our community, so everyone is welcome! No lvl, ilvl, class or attendance requirements.
PvP: We have a small crew that soley PvPs (2v2, 3v3, BG) and some that do it for fun. We have no intention of doing RBGs, but we would really like to expand how many "pvpers" we have in our ranks!
PvE:
Mythic+: Always looking for more to join our groups to push mythic + keys!
Raiding: We have a kick-ass raidcore that is always on the lookout for more players. Experiencing new content and progressing as a team are our priorities. Our raid core consists of serious players that want to defeat end game content, but not at the price of an enjoyable atmosphere with friends.
We are looking for players that bring their "A-game", pull their own weight, and learn from their mistakes. We don't tolerate anyone being a jerk and hope everyone can take constructive criticism in order to make our raid force stronger. Knowing your class abilities and the encounter tactics is as mandatory as being friendly.
Using Discord during raids is required. Communication is key during raids, not only to hear instructions, but to discuss tactics together, laugh at each other's jokes, and help everyone understand the encounter. We like to think that Sabotage's raid core is a comfortable mix between casual and hardcore raiding. The members have become real life friends, which has strengthened our synchronization. Not only do we enjoy raiding, but we enjoy raiding together - and we like to think we're pretty good at it!
If you are a friendly person, a good player, and interested in raiding, we are interested in interviewing you to join our team as a trialist. It is important that everyone is happy with your performance and personality and that you are happy with us.
