Goals for Shadowlands:
With our reform we are looking to push higher world rankings than we have done in the past. Our goal for the first tier is top 50. This goal will go up as time passes. The sky is the limit.

A bit about us:
Bloom is a guild that was founded back in 2014, created by a group of friends who all wanted to raid and have steady progress together.

Over the years Bloom has transformed from a top 10,000 world guild to a top 100. After taking a break during Eternal Palace we have decided to reform Bloom with a slightly more hardcore approach whilst still keeping the same friendly attitude and great social aspect.

If you're someone who has the attitude for hardcore raiding and the logs to back it up then we want to hear from you.

Raiding Schedule: (Server Time +1 GMT)
Wed: 20:00 - 24:00 (This will be a day raid for the first day of the tier)
Thu: 20:00 - 24:00
Sun: 20:00 - 24:00
Mon: 20:00 - 24:00
Tue: 20:00 - 24:00

Farm Raids:
On farm we are raiding 2 days a week:
Wed: 20:00 - 24:00
Thu: 20:00 - 24:00
This will be the schedule for the remainder of BFA, and the goal is always to get to this state as fast as possible.

What is expected of applicants?

-Perfect raid attendance during progression, though we understand there will be exceptions
-We also expect that you ALWAYS notify us ahead of time via discord about any possible absences
-1 alt (of the same role, ie healer plays healer alt) kept up to date
-The ability to communicate confidently in English both in raid where needed and out of raid
-A reliable internet connection and PC
-Attendance for PTR testing (we understand if you can't make them all)
