You need to be able to speak in fluent English, have a working mic, experience is appreciated, and you need to be up for a challenge.
We expect you to be able to attend every raidday, unless something from your real life prevents you from doing so.
If you do not have the experience we will learn you every encounter and gear you up if we think you are a good investment.
Skills, attitude and attendance is valued much higher than gear.
