About Us:

Delirious is an end game raiding guild with high ambitions and expectations.

We have a friendly community within the guild but at the same time we are all here for the same goal. We are hungry for success and expect all of our members to exceed expectations when it counts the most.

What we Expect:

* A high level of attendance for all raids. Whilst we understand not everyone can make absolutely all of our raids, we require near 100% attendance/availability from all members and 100% attendance/availability during a trial period.

* Our raid times are 19:00 - 22:00 Monday and Wednesday. These times are subject to change depending on current level of progression. On occasions, we may add an additional raid day or extend an exisiting raid so we ask that members be available on short notice. When we are farming, we tend to only raid a couple of days per week. If you cant make these days/times, this is not the guild for you.

* As a high-end raiding guild, we require a roster of players dedicated to the guild. We require players who understand that their class or spec may not be the best set-up for a particular encounter. We expect players to understand that it is unlikely that you will be brought to every raid and we will have players on standby where necessary. If you have proven yourself, you will earn a regular or even a permanent raid spot.

* The ability to learn from your mistakes is a must, we are all human and even the most skilled player can make a mistake once in awhile. However, the difference is that the 'skilled' player can adapt and is unlikely to make the same mistake again. If you cannot learn from your mistakes and improve, you're time in the guild is likely to be short.

* You must have a good level of raiding experience. If you have only been playing since Cataclysm, we will expect you to be on top of your game. However, whenever you started, you must have the best telent spec for your given role including appropriate gems and enchants. It is down to you to continually improve yourself and always be upto date on any upcoming changes which may affect your class.

* Delirious also has it’s social part, so you will be required to integrate within our community, a raid-logger is not something we are typically after. A daily presence on the guild forums is also necessary. In addition, you must be tolerant of others, be able to accept criticism, have a good sense of humour and be prepared to accept that jokes may be made at your expense as well as others. If this is something you can not handle, Delirious is not the guild for you.

* You must be able to speak English fluently and not just within a chat box i.e. you will be required to use your microphone at times.

* Lastly, we require that all members be over the age of 18.

Why Delirious?

We're not here for casual raiding, we're here to progress in end game content at the top level. We have a team of people with a similar mindset, we're all here to be the best we can be.

We only consider exceptional players and we regularly test applicants in a raid setting before accepting them for trial. Skill can and does outweigh gear and this can be determined quite quickly! (being good geared doesnt make a good player)

We wont settle for on and off performances, if a player gets accepted for trial, that doesnt mean they will pass. Certain rules also apply to our members who must always give their best at any given time. Passing trial doesnt mean you are excempt from losing your place in a raid or the guild.

We're aiming high, so if you think you have got what it takes to live up to the expectations and want to be part of a team with clear ambitions, stop by our site and drop us an application.

Even if we're not recruiting a specific class/spec, we will always review applications and make exceptions in some circumstances.
