Mouseover is a casual raiding guild formed by 7 RL friends our goal is to progress throughout any 10 man content this game has to offer.

that being said we are also a casual raiding guild which don't force people to be online everyday.
But we do expect you to be online on our 2 scheduled raid days.

Recruiting:
We have been quite amazed at how versatile our roster actually needs to be when progressing on HMs, this has caused us to open recruitment for a few exceptional players.

We would like a healer, any class would actually do, as long as you know what you're doing. This would give us the possibility of rotating some stuff around making our roster even more versatile.

Additionally, we would like to hear from a ranged dps, we would prefer a mage/warlock and once again, we fully expect you to know what you are doing, we're here to progress, not to teach you how to play :)

Your gear level is not crucial, instead, we are focusing on how you treat your gear, how well you connect with the rest of the guild and how well you perform during raids.
Even though we are casual, we expect you to perform at your very best every time, we only have two raid days every week, and we want to get the most from them every time. So do not confuse casual with slack ;)

Currently we're sitting on 1/8 hard modes in Dragon Soul (ended with everything but Ragnaros down on hc in Firelands). We truely feel that our progress is quite competitive seeing that we only raid twice a week.
We're still looking for a healer and a ranged dps, but I added this small section to clarify a bit further what we expect from you (based on previous recruiting experiences this unfortunately seems necessary):

1. Sign up for the raids in the in-game calendar, or decline the raid if you can't come. We're trying to accomodate all the players' wishes, and we need to know a little in advance (preferrebly the day before raid) who will attend.

2. If you accept the raid, we expect you to be ready to pull at raid start, meaning spec, gear, enchants and so forth is taken care of.

3. Know your class! We are not in the business of teaching you how to play, we're kinda fed up with having trials who fails at basic class understanding, we're not elitist or especially pro, but we need you to pull your own weight.

4. 8 hours of raiding over the course of a week, we expect you to show up most of the time, we understand that something can come up and declining a raid once in a while is fine, but make sure you can be there thursday and sunday from 19-23 MOST of the time.

5. Do not be a loot whore, do not get pissed because you got benched on two bosses, do not cause unnecessary drama. We try to distribute loot fairly, we try to switch the roster around in order to maximize the chances of loot going to a player insted of being DE'ed and so forth. In my book, all these requirements is a given as long as you act mature, but six years of wow has - if nothing else - taught me that different nationalities can have very different view on things. We are pretty easy going, and if you have any issues, we'll just discuss them and come up with a solution. Basically we would like you to consider the good of the guild before personal needs, that should go a long way :)

If you can live up to these requirements (which by no means should be very hard to do) then it might be YOU we're looking for ;)

Another small piece of information. Due to even more bad experiences with recruits, we have added a one month trial period, one fuckup with signing up and you're out during this month, we just don't have the tolerence for retards anymore.
We have so few and so simple rules, if you cannot comply with these, then don't even bother contacting us. I am constantly amazed at how many people are failing at signing up for raids, and even signing up and then "forgetting" to show up, get your life and calendar sorted before contacting us. And sorry for the harsh tone here at the end, we are actually pretty easy-going believe it or not, but we have had the worst luck with recruits since T11 so I feel it's necessary :(

Please give a shout to Grevinden / Imsothorny, Oldiegoldie or Faxé in-game if you are interested :)
