“Yakuza” Guild

<Yakuza> Semi – Hardcore Raiding guild created in 2010 on Ravencrest EU. As a guild we have cleared almost all current raid tier before new one released. We had a small break during WoD, but we got back into business for ToS. Later on, the same pace was kept for Uldir where everything was cleared before the next tier was released.
What are we recruiting?

Currently our roster has spots available, we don’t require much experience on current content but neither be under geared for it! Previous experience and logs to show performance will greatly increase your chances of being accepted as a trial!

What we expect from you?

– A positive attitude, during progress we may be wiping for extended periods of time and you need to be able to stay positive and keep performing.
– You must be fluent in English, communication is one of the most important factors of a successful raiding guild.

– Knowledge of your class and spec, you will be expected to know everything you need to know about your own class. This means that we won’t be holding any hands, when you’re under performing for whatever reason we expect you to fix this yourself.

– Be prepared for every raid, this includes researching tactics and bringing consumables.

– You need to be able to accept criticism, everyone can make mistakes but what defines a person is the way they handle these mistakes.

– You should always strive to improve yourself, don’t be content with doing the bare minimum.


What you can expect from us?

– A fun and active guild where you will be able to meet new and fun people

– A stable guild leadership – High end raiding with a relaxed atmosphere, you’ll find our raids can be extremely fun

– No unnecessary shouting during raids, we’re all adults and when problems arise we fix them in a calm manner.

-Highly competitive players, if you’re looking for some meter competition we’ll be sure to offer you plenty but not at the expense of encounter mechanics.

– A very active Discord server to keep people connected outside raids as well.

Loot method

We use a loot council for all loot distribution in main raids, loot will be handed out to people based on performance, rank, current item. This does mean that as a general rule raiders have priority over trials, but we don’t fully exclude trials from loot either. Exceptions to the rule can and sometimes have been made, performance is always a major deciding factor.

Same system in BFA unless Blizzard changes loot to personal.

Raiding times

Group 1- Raids on a three day schedule, invites start 15 min before the raid.

Wednesday 20:00-23:00

Thursday 20:00-23:00

Sunday 20:00-23:00

You are expected to be able to attend at least 90% of the raid days, we have no use of players that can’t come on either clear or progress days.
