Devium
The guild was founded by some core-members of the Heavens Fury. The project couldn't continue because of some disagreements so here we are starting our brand new project, Devium! The guild is going to be rebuilt thus there is going to be a new management with some old raiders while our intention is to be a 10man guild.

Raiding
We require you to attend 3/3 of the raid days except under certain circumstances. This is pretty easy to make, with just three raids during the week. If however, your attendance drops you will lose your raid preference for any other member before the raid begins. You must also be able to use either Ventrilo or TeamSpeak meaning that you need to have a headset in general to communicate.
Invites to the raid will start at 19:15 Server Time and you will be expected to be in the raid group, inside instance and on Ventrilo by 19:30. You are also expected to do your homework and watch tactics videos so that we can have maximum raid time and less time going over tactics.
Recruitment & Ranks
Recruits join as a Trial rank. This last for approximately 2 weeks, after this period the officers will discuss your adaptability, and how well you fit into the guild. Only then will you officially become a member.
