“The Smelly Buccaneers” Guild

<The Smelly Buccaneers> Is looking for members to bolster its RAID and MYTHIC+ team. We are currently 9/9N,6/9HC and are looking to progress through HC, We raid Thursday and Sunday. We are a friendly SEMI Hardcore active guild who are looking for determined people to push Hc and Mythic + Keys. We are looking for DPS, Resto Shaman, BDK and BM Monk. We Supply Flasks, Food and look to provide battle potions in the future when the guild bank is healthy enough using the BOE drops from the raid runs, BOE's will be given to the GM to sell, To help supply consumables. All Classes and Roles are Welcome for Mythic +.

We are looking to Form a 20Man Team to Clear Hc and to push Mythic.

Players are put on trial and will be passed on Performance, Maturity, Being Prepared and on time etc.

Thursday 8PM-11PM Realm Time
Sunday 7PM-11PM Realm Time



Rules =

During progression runs there will be no talking when tactics are being explained by the RL. respect where respect is due
.On the weekday invites begin at 19:45(server time). Raiders should aim to be online by then.
Raiders should be inside the instance and ready to fight by 20:00 with a finish time of 23:00 (server time) there will be 1 10minute break. At 20:00 we’ll invite reserves if anyone who we were expecting has not shown up
.We do ask raiders to sign up on the in-game calendar- this is so we can organize enough reserves a few days ahead, and avoid downtime. If you don’t sign up, your spot is not guaranteed.
.On the Weekend the time will begin a little earlier starting with 18:45 and finishing at 23:00 (server time). This is due to only raiding twice a week as to 3times a week. Two 10minute breaks will be involved here.
.Very low performance or consistently failing at required tasks may lead to benching, but considering the guild’s semi-casual nature, we don’t expect world first-class performance' and we accept the occasional mistake.
.AFKing during raids should be kept to a minimum- if you absolutely need to AFK outside of the raid break, try to do it during trash / corpse-runs to keep disruption to a minimum, and let an officer or the RL know that you’re going!
.Attitude in raids: We don’t mind swearing itself, but most common uses seem to be rude comments towards a particular player or the raid in general. we’d rather do away with those.
Suggestions or pointing out the occasional mistake is acceptable, but you should know the person you are talking to – not everyone responds to feedback similarly.
If you are the recipient, don’t lash out defensively – they are trying to help you and the raid, not attack you. If in doubt, use whispers instead of voice, or message a role leader or an officer.

1. Be respectful to each other and help your guildmates when possible
2. Keep guild chat clean
3. Don't be racist or sexist in guild chat or the wow-social in discord. Joking around is fine but don't go overboard and be unnecessary offensive
4. Having a laugh at each-others expense is just a fun aspect but don't let it become harassment or bullying
5. Have fun and enjoy.
