<Outside Job> is a guild that consists of a wide variety of personalities, however we all have one goal, to achieve cutting edge on every tier. We aim for a light atmosphere during progress, so don't be offended if you end up being the victim for lighthearted banter.
The scheduled raid times are wednesday, thursday and sunday from 19:00-23:00 server time. During off days there will still be lots of people online, and as such there will be lots of alt-runs, mythic runs for previous tiers and we've also got some very passionate Mythic+ players, so there's always stuff to do and people to play with.
We expect all applicants to read up on tacts before showing up for raid, as well as bringing consumables. You must also know how to simulate yourself and review logs in order to improve your performance.
