We're a pretty relaxed bunch of players but still expect excellent performance. We're experienced players and if you don't have heroic experience, you'll have to be a quicker learner to keep up.

As as member, the guild bank will provide all your flasks, food and potions. There are also Gliders and Sparkly Dust if you like that sort of thing.
