Hi and welcome to The Immortal Shadow raiding guild on Stormscale.
We started as a casual raiding guild, but we managed to start killing some Mythic bosses so our goals changed. The aim for us in The Immortal Shadow is to achieve Cutting Edge in Dragonflight and move forward on the realm guild ranking system.

Now looking to recruit for Dragonflight and with a plan for the raid with a larger group of raiders which will include a rotation of raiders to keep the whole team geared and ready to step in. This will also allow us to change the raid comp around to fit the boss better and if certain players are struggling with the fight we can change and have a player step in geared and ready to kill bosses.

Things we are improving within our guild for Dragonflight
- Organised raid team announced a day before
- Flasks, Feasts and Vantus Runes provided by guild (Own food for early pulls)
- Whole Raid team gearing instead of 20man raid team
- EPGP will be the loot system we are looking to use for DF
- Competition for raid spots (Including Tanks and Healers)
- Recruitment will not stop (No more missed days due to lack of players)
- Healing Officer (Cooldowns setup before boss started)
- Raid logs to be analysed (Personal notes will be sent out privately to individuals to assist on improvement)

What we expect from you
- If you can't make raid days you need to post in the absence channel
- 90% percent attendance (Just let an officer know or say in the raid attendance channel)
- Research on raid bosses before the fights
- Know your class and be willing to improve
- Be willing to accept constructive criticism
