Drama was formed at the start of Dragonflight, by a group of friends from different guilds who have all played together over the last 5 or so years. We decided to start a new guild to play together again in Dragonflight because we’ve all enjoyed raiding with each other over the years and want to recreate the positive atmosphere that makes this game special to us.

Our aim is to clear content while it's current, at a good pace on a 2 day schedule and improve every tier. We also want to foster a fun place to spend time with each other both in, and outside of the game. We take pride in having an open raid environment where everyone feels comfortable to ask questions and joke around between pulls, but can focus when the boss has been pulled.

The overall goals of the guild have always been:
→ Improve the guild every tier.
→ Build the roster the best we can by lessening the gap between the worst and the best players. (By giving people feedback and putting time and effort into our raiders, but also by sitting people and replacing people if necessary.)
→ To have a roster of people who are well-prepared, positive and present when we’re playing.

We raid 2 days a week (6hrs total), Tuesdays and Thursdays from 20:30 until 23:30 (invites go out 20:15). Additionally, we have an optional third day for Heroic clears on Wednesdays. This Wednesday is mandatory for the first 2 weeks of a new tier. No mandatory alts (it is encouraged but not needed) or PTR testing (we do make groups if people are interested). At the start of a tier we like to degen the game especially in regards to keys and optimizing. This isn't a requirement but it's expected you do what you can to keep up on gear and don't expect to get handouts from raid. 2 day raiding means most of the work happens outside of raid, if you don't enjoy that aspect of the game you're better off playing more days.

We have an active social scene with all of us hanging out on discord almost daily and playing other games and watching shows and movies together. We also organize optional alt-runs for both heroic (not weekly) and mythic (currently on mondays) and have some people pushing keys and doing pvp. We care a lot about our environment and atmosphere, actual toxicity won't be tolerated we're all here to have fun with the game. Good environment means better play, better play means better environment. Getting along socially helps achieve the goals we want, so we're looking for people who would fit in and make an effort.

What we’re looking for:
* People with a good attitude who are open to receiving and giving constructive feedback. We put extra emphasis on this as we’re very active in trying to improve our raid and players. Giving feedback after log analysis is one of the main ways we do this within the guild.
* People who can move on from a bad night and won't be stuck in "tilt". We can all have a laugh about a bad raid night and hopefully make sure we do better on the next.
* People who actively play the game at an ideally similar relevant CE level.
* People who keep up with their class changes and look for new ways to improve and optimise their gameplay.
* People who WANT to play the game. If you complain about "having to play" the game, don't bother applying. We don't want our raiders to stay because they feel like they have to.
* People who take their prep seriously as we have minimal time spent in raid.
* People who are inclusive and respectful of all community members. (There is zero tolerance for any kind of misbehaviour and/or abuse.)
* People who are at least 18 years old, able to speak English, use Discord, and are willing to speak in raids (communicate during pull if needed).
* People who have good attendance. Real life happens, but progress needs to be a priority for us to be able to rely on you.

Lastly, try and make it a bit personal, we care a lot about our atmosphere and environment, you don't need to be talking perma or be super extroverted but we need to make sure you're a good fit with the rest of our raiders on the social side of things.
