E V Ois both a social and a semi-hardcore raiding guild. The raid group has been playing together since the Firelands and Dragon Soul content and we are now looking for new challenges in Mist of Pandaria.
We are only recruiting swedish-speakingplayers and we are currently looking for:
What we expect from you:
- Speak Swedish fluently (Norweigan and Danish does not count).
- Know your class and be flexible with your spec if needed.
- Use the best enchants, gems, glyphs etc.
- Come prepared to the raids (know the mechanics, bring flasks etc). The more prepared you are, the faster we will kill bosses.
- Next to 100% attendance.
- Show up in time. it is not acceptable to repeatedly show up half an hour late to raids and waste everyone elses time.
- Be able to stay the whole raid. We do not accept that you have to leave the raid because you want to play pvp with your best friend, then you do not belong here. (Ofcorse there can be real life exceptions)
- Stay focused during progress.
- Be able to speak in Mumble. Communication is utterly important to be able to progress efficently. If you have something to say, speak up!
- Enjoy wiping an entire raid on one boss. You better love wiping, we will do a lot of it!
- Not having any problem sit out a raid. We are aiming to have more then 10 raiders in our roster, which means you might have to sit out some raids.
