“One Shot One Kill” Guild

History
One Shot One Kill is a guild community of solid MMO players who have been playing Wow for several years. The vast majority of the guild is from US-Kargath, Alliance side guild Reconstructed. We are a close knit family oriented guild. We are a 25 man raiding guild. We are a a hardcore guild that believes you can push through content while having fun at the same time.

Raiding Information
We raid three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday with invites starting at 6:45p.m. and the raid ending at 10p.m. CST. Once the 30 raiders have been filled we will return to a 25 man raiding guild! We expect our players wanting to raid to meet at least 85% raid attendance. Raids are intended to be fun, but in order to be efficient and maximize our performance a certain amount focus is demanded during raid times. One thing all raiders must understand and adhere to is the fact that the raiding team is bigger than any one member. We are aiming to not over-recruit, and to remain a very tightly knit unit which relies on consistency and dedication of our core raiders.

Loot management will be a silent bid DKP system, this system has worked very well for us and is extremely fair. Most of us here concern ourselves with the "player" and not the gear. We have cleared so much content in such a short period of time before that certain players had 40+ tier tokens sitting in banks after the raid had already been geared in three different specs!

We expect our raiding members to take a certain level of pride in their character. This means researching your class through information across the internet, and talking to other members of your class and spec about how to maximize your characters survivability, dps, healing, tanking, buffing, debuffing, or controlling whichever role you fill in raid. In our raid we expect you to know the boss encounters just as well as the raid leader! We provide the strategy and expect you to understand it extensively before coming into raid!

Some rules apply as well....

-minimum age (21)
-No drama allowed, I have replaced top world of logs players before due to drama.
-Vent and mic a must
-Lagging isn't an excuse here, get a new computer before considering us.
-Raid addons (DBM,omen, etc)
-Alts are allowed, but only interested in mains for raiding!
-Not interested in "Hitman" raiders, if your waldo, I am not coming to look for you! We enjoy many activities outside of raid and look forward to members doing the same.
-Come to raid prepared is a must, if something isn't gemmed or enchanted, plan on sitting awhile.
-You must be willing to put in attempts and have fun doing it. Top end guilds have stated that it took them a couple hundred attempts on Herioc rag just to learn the mechanics of the fight.

We also enjoy alot of pvp on our offtime, everything from arenas to rbg's.

We utilize our time, when raid comes around, it's time for business and we expect you to be there and ready to roll!
