“Fáinní na Darach” Guild

Who we are:
Fáinní na Darach (which means Rings of the Oak in Gaelic Irish) is an east-coast based mythic raiding guild. Average age is mid-30s, and our goal is to continuously improve the quality of each pull.

ToS: 6/9M
NH: 3/10M
ToV: 2/3M
EN: 7/7M

We use Master Loot with a 6-person loot council (half officer, half member): 4 role "captains" and 2 random members from raid each night. We are also firm believers that BOEs should go to guildies before the AH. This mentality has helped gear many players evenly and build a strong sense of community among the players.

During raids, the guild provides: feasts, flasks, tomes/codex, potions, on-the-spot enchants and gems, as well as repairs. On progression nights, vantus runes are also provided. Members are responsible for Defiled Augment Runes (or the rep item equivalent) both nights.

Members are strongly encouraged to help donate materials to continue providing this service.

Progression Raid Times:
Tues/Thurs 8-11 server
- Mythic Antorus

Gear Up / AP Raid Times:
Wed 8-10 server Heroic Antorus
Fri 8-10 server Normal Antorus


Other Events:
Fri/Sat/Mon (no set times) - Mythic Key Build/Burn (all keys welcome)
Sun 8-11 server - Guild RBGs or Guild/Personal Achievements
Mon 9-10 server - Elder Oaks Mythic+ Key (not a competitive team)


What we're looking for:
Parsing in the 50% percentile or above is important, having the gear to compete with the content is important, but so is having the right attitude in raid and guild chat. We're looking for the "whole concept" raider, not someone good in just one area.
