About The Circle of Elders:
COE is a fun, laid back group of mature players dedicated to offering a multifacetted gaming experience. Although we engage in serious raids requiring much concentration, dedication and time, we also provide an atmosphere of friendship, freewill, and volunteerism. We try our best to offer each element of gameplay in our venue, and work week after week to improve our raiding and PvP abilities AND the comraderie of our members.
Our guild raiding interests have recently extended to 25 man raids, but still primarily focus on 10 man content. You are welcome to join us in exploring the 25 man content, and help us progress heavily into the 10 man content. We have a max member cap of 125 members--100 soldiers + 25 officers. We wish to keep things intimate and fun. Since we are always at the 125 member threshold, current members are constantly reviewed for activity and quality. We remove less active / inactive members as needed to make room for fresh blood.
EVEN IF you are a real life friend of an existing member of COE (new change), we do not accept new recruits below level 68.
What we do expect from our members?
--Maturity: it is a must to remain polite and kind to fellow members. We pride ourselves on quickly weeding out immature, obviously unsocially developed people that do nothing but detract from gameplay.
--Consideration: it is a must to be considerate of fellow members... 1 person keeping 9 others waiting... 1 person's lack of preparation causing the downfall of 9... we MUST be considerate.
--Freedom: very few "have too's" in this guild. We aim to empower you and others to play WoW as you've always wanted, but with less focus on a hard core raiding atmosphere.
--Friendship: help to keep this atmosphere of friends and family alive!
Over all, we truly enjoy the time spent playing the game and are looking for like-minded people with positive attitudes, who are dedicated and willing to become an active member -- active Raiders, PvP'ers, Questers, and socialites are wanted. Real Life Friends of existing members in good standing are always given automatic trial member invites. Our guild consists of numerous groups of RL friends & married couples which greatly add to our friends and family atmosphere. If you're just looking for a place to level until you're ready for a mega raiding guild -- then please do not apply. But, if you are looking to join in hopes of finding a place to settle and call home - please apply for The Circle of Elders.
