About Ameliorate
Ameliorate has been around since late 2009 on Dragonblight. We started as a Horde guild but disbanded and formed Ameliorate on the Alliance side to have access to a bigger population.
Trinnette and I (Sathonas AKA Moon) have lead the guild since its early inception. During this time we have made the guild the way we have wanted, a semi-hardcore raiding guild that can compete with the top end guilds on the server. The main difference and we from most semi-hardcore guilds is that we run on the weekends instead of during the week. We firmly believe that during the week, people are tired from work, school, etc. This gives us the option to run on Friday and Saturday and it’s an opportunity for members to stay up later who normally cannot stay up later because of real life commitments.
In terms of raiding we have always been near the top for all raiding tiers. Usually this is in the top 30 of the server, and sometimes higher depending on how fast we down the content.

- Tier 15 Progression: 8/12 - #15 realm rank
- Tier 14 Progression: 16/16; 2/16 (Heroic) - #24 realm rank
About Dragonblight
Dragonblight is mostly a PvE server and is mostly favored to be Alliance. Tuesdays are the best day on the server as that is when mostly everybody gets online to do world bosses, as well as group quests. The server is very active and even during the week and weekends it is very possible to find groups to do raids, or even heroic scenarios.
Recruitment
Currently we are look to fill a few raid spots. We have only a few spots open, and these will go fast.
- Tanks: 1-2 Needed
- Healers: 1 Needed
- DPS: 1-3 Needed
If you are interested we ask that you contact us either on our website or in game.
Requirements
- 18+. We will not accept any member who is under 18. This is non-negotiable.
- Microphone for healers and tanks
- Drama is not allowed, even in trade chat. This is punishable by removal.
- 90% attendance which equals to about 7 raids per month.
Perks
- Guild repairs up to 750 gold per week.
- Free flasks
- Free enchants
- Free gems
- Free feasts
- A fair and balanced loot system that is 100% automated (Suicide Kings)
