Modus Operandi is a US-Hyjal semi-hardcore raiding guild
focused on pushing Mythic raiding and Mythic+ dungeons.
Raid Times: Tuesday + Thursday + Sunday 7:00pm - 10:00pm PST
Non-raid days consist of various activities, including mythic keys, torghast runs, and PvP.

Expectations
We carry high expectations for all our raiders and expect you to be prepared beforehand with knowing encounter mechanics, having updated add-ons / weakauras, consumables, Discord, a working microphone, a good attitude, competent execution of class-mechanics and high situational awareness.
In order to push content we need our raiding members to commit to a minimum of 98% attendance. We understand that emergencies and life events occur, we just ask that in our discord “raid-attendance” channel you post as soon as you know (this also includes if you will be late).
Recruitment
Exceptional players and socials are welcome to apply. Potential raiders will be trialed for two weeks before officers make a decision on a position within the team. The following classes and specs are what we are currently in need of most:
