GMT Raiders are actively recruiting all classes. We raid 3 nights a week and aim to clear end game content within this time frame so a high raid attendance is essential. Please note that we are recruiting for Uldaur, your gear and skill will need to reflect this in order for your application to be taken seriously. GMT Raiders was formed in July 2007, by a small bunch of Europeans and Americans that worked graveyard shifts! We started in the middle of BC so finding people to join was tough. Since Wrath was released all the Europeans have finally crawled out of the rock they were under during BC and stopped raiding at 1am in the morning. Now a core group has formed and taken our server by surprise. We are now one of the top ranked Alliance guilds on our server and wish to stay that way throughout Wrath of the Lich King. Illidan (US) is one of the most developed servers out there (and one of the first), so why not come join us and slay at a time that suits you!

Our typical weekly raiding schedule resembles the following (All times are CDT (-6 GMT)):

- 1.00pm: Tuesday
- 1.00pm: Wednesday
- 1.00pm: Sunday

We raid 3 nights a week and aim to clear end game content within this time frame so a high raid attendance is essential!

Requirements:
- Reliability, don’t apply if we cannot rely on you.
- We raid 3 days a week, it’s not a lot so almost perfect raid attendance is necessary to progress.
- Come prepared to raids. Fully repaired, stacked with consumables (pots, buff food, flasks, reagents etc...).
- If you're unable to attend we would like to know in advance. This does not include emergencies for which we understand (unless it occurs every other week).
- Demonstrate skill and dedication, with the ability to improve and adapt.
- Know your class well and be willing to listen to suggestions.
- Often read theorycraft on ways to improve your raid proformance.
- Not to be offended on friendly criticism and use it to your advantage. We are looking for quick learners and players who can adapt quickly to different situations. If you are not sure what to do for a certain boss fight, or for anything, do not hesitate to ask questions. Better to know then to wipe the raid and look bad, as this will effect your application!


Gear Requirements:
- Full level 80 gear, if you have not shown any progression to gear before raids you will be rejected.
- Gear must be Gemmed and enchanted appropriately for your class and spec.
- Spec should be optimized for PVE usage.
