“Exìle” Guild

Exìle is a 10 man raiding guild. We have been in the process of building a solid and reliable raid team to push progression. We got a late start with progression for 5.3 overall but are currently pushing heroic progression through Throne of Thunder and beginning to look at the PTR to be ready for 5.4 raiding which we plan to hit with a sledgehammer when it drops.

The guild as a whole is an adult guild, we are not interested in anyone under the age of 18 minimum. This is due to the nature of our members. We are adults who speak freely. We joke with each other, we pick on each other and we enjoy our gameplay. However, when the raid starts it's time to kill EVERYTHING! We put on our game faces and go full force. We are looking for raiders who do the research on their class and spec in order to be the best they can personally be while raiding. We do not expect everyone to be top 10% of the ranking limit for their class or spec, but we do expect people to pull numbers consistent with the gear they are wearing. We expect people to know the mechanics of a fight before raid time. We will not hold your hand. We will not drag you through current content. If the group isn't worth you taking the time to know your role and what needs to be done prior to raid time, then you aren't worth us taking our time to explain it to you.

We raid Wednesday, Sunday and Monday nights from 5pm server to 8pm server. Invites go out at 4:45pm server. We understand once in a while real life intervenes and people can not make raid times. But understand that you are making a commitment to a group of people as well. Prior notice of being unable to attend raids is if at all possible a must so that adjustments can be made ahead of time. Last minute notice should always be emergency or completely unavoidable as you will put 9 other people online and waiting if you aren't there. Personal numbers will be provided to raiders in order to notify Officers of emergency situations.
