Nethrim is a casual raid guild of mostly working professionals
looking to progress in a fun and committed raid environment.
Our current raid times are:
Tues/Wed/Sun, 8pm-11pm CST.
About Us:
Nethrim has been around and raiding together since 2009. We’re mostly working professionals who have done the raiding circuit and want a casual but skilled progression environment to raid in.
Even though we are a heroic only raiding guild, we do still take raiding seriously. The majority of our raid team is mythic capable but chooses to stick with us for a more relaxed raiding environment.
We work hard to clear heroic quickly and efficiently, and after a few full clears, go on break until new content is released. We've found over the years that this system allows us to stop raiding at the point where it would no longer be fun, and by the time new content is released, we're excited to jump back in.
Loot System: Loot Council (RCLoot Council Mod)
Loot is distributed based on what will improve the raid as a whole the most. Common factors that go into every looting decision are current ilvl for that slot, BiS lists, stat priorities, and attendance. On the rare occasion that distribution is not obvious, we have our raiders discuss who the item would be best for. We have all been raiding together for a long time, so these discussions almost always end in a consensus. At the end of the day, we're all raiding to clear the raid, and the fastest way to do that is to ensure that everyone is upgraded in an efficient manner.
We are not actively recruiting at this point, but skilled players are always encouraged to apply! We have a trial period of 2 weeks before making a decision as to whether someone fits our raid team.
