We are a new and upcoming raiding establishment whose primary focus is to progress into Mythic Nighthold as well as the future with a competent roster that can efficiently progress at the 9 hour schedule. Currently our roster is primarily comprised of returning top 1-200 US raiders and are looking for a few more players to round of roster.

Goals:
Our goal as a guild is to efficiently and effectively play at a high level while trimming our raid hours down. We expect to accomplish the same amount of progression as a 12 hour guild would during our 9 hour raid schedule, because of the environment we promote as well as recruiting players who not only "get it" but also buy into our guild. This goal will be achievable by recruiting internally motivated players that do not need to be told how to play their class, as well as when they should be farming... etc.

Prerequisites for Joining:

Player:
Previous Experience: We are looking for players with a detailed history in raiding end-game content in a progressive and competitive manner. This can stem from multiple raid tiers / patches. We are not looking to baby sit or regress on progression due to inexperienced players. Previous experience also allows our players to better mesh by having common ground with each other.

Keybinding: Player should be fully key-bound as well as have an understanding of what needs to be tracked using Weak Auras etc. this should not come to surprise that we require players to put an extra emphasis in monitoring abilities / keybinding.

Age: 20+. While we will still make the same underage jokes as most guilds, we are looking to shy away from unnecessary issues such as age. Currently our age demographic is about 22-27

Warcraft Logs: We are looking for players who have an emphasis in understanding and analyzing logs. Warcraft-logs is a great tool that we as a guild use to evaluate a players performance as well as their dedication to their class by playing correct talents / etc.

Activity: We would consider ourselves innovators when it comes to a guild dynamic. Our guild discord is extremely active and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND that if you are interested in playing with us that you join discord as much as possible to mesh-with and understand personalities in our guild.

Microphone: We are looking for players with working mics that want to be social with guildies.
