OUR ETHOS

We provide a friendly raid atmosphere, striving for a balance between "casual" and "focus the f--- up so we can clear content." Please understand that if you raid with us, you will inevitably take a ribbing. We are equal-opportunity dirty jokesters. With that said, offensive and mean-spirited remarks are off the table, and will see you a swift exit from the raid group. We don't believe in forcing talented raiders to play a FOTM class that they don't want to play -- we bring the player first, and the class second. Ventrilo is kept clear during progression encounters.

OUR POLICIES

• We curse like sailors, but racism, homophobia, sexism, or any other type of abuse or discrimination will not be tolerated. No slurs, including the N word, period.


• No trade trolling. That includes insulting or ostracizing other players.


• Do not talk over anyone. If you have something to say, either type it out, or wait for an opportunity to speak. Nobody can understand anyone when 5 people are talking in Vent.


• Respect the Barene.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• 18+ only, no exceptions. Microphone and reliable hardware / internet connection are required. If your unreliable net slows the group down, you will be replaced (sorry).


• Be kind and courteous to your fellow raiders.


• No loot whoring/whining. Loot belongs to the guild first, and your toon second.


• You must come prepared with potions, flasks, food, and you must research the fights before showing up (we like Fatboss and Icy-Veins).


• We use Ventrilo for voice chat, and we expect each of our raiders to have at least the fundamental addons (DBM, GTFO, Recount/Skada).


• We expect punctual attendance, every night, for the full duration of the raid. If circumstances arise, we understand -- but we must do what is best for the raid group.
