<District> is a 2-night raiding guild on US-Thrall. We are
currently looking for qualified individuals to strengthen our core
raid team, particularly healers and ranged dps. Our goal as a guild
is to achieve CE in every tier, while maintaining a friendly and
supportive environment. We keep an active roster of ~25 players,
and we do rotate the starting line-up as required. While we are
committed to giving every player a fair chance, we will also never
hold back 19 other players to accommodate 1.

Expectations
At our core, <District> believes in respecting the time of everyone in the guild. This means that we expect all raiders to show up on time to almost every raid. As well, every player should do their best to ensure their character is well-geared and ready for raid, with consumables and knowledge of the fight ahead. By being a raider in <District>, you should know how to play your spec with confidence, and stay on top of balance changes and new information regarding your class.
In <District>, all loot is personal loot. Any loot that is not needed can be distributed using RCLootCouncil.
