Attendance
We require that all raiding members attend every scheduled raid. If you cannot make a scheduled raid, you must inform the officers by posting in the MIA forum. This is because we organize the raid group based on which members will be available, so if you do not notify us, it could cause serious complications for us. We do understand that sometimes emergencies occur, or other circumstances come up that are beyond your control, and we are always willing to make exceptions where they are merited. We will not be pugging to fill a raid so if we do not have enough tanks or healers we simply wont raid.

Please note that in addition to turning up on time, we expect our raiders to remain online/available for the entire duration of the raid, unless we tell you otherwise. Bailing due to being sat out or for any other reason is not acceptable. Also, while we actively encourage other aspects of the game (like arena), when the time comes to raid you must be ready and waiting at the specified instance. "I just want to do 2 more games" is not an acceptable reason for lateness.

Consumables
We require you to be using an appropriate flask during all progression content (please note sometimes stamina is the appropriate flask). Further, we require that you bring and use appropriate consumables (e.g. strength/mana potions).

Alts
Our policy on alts is simple the toon you applied on and were accepted on is the toon we expect to see in raid, there are some exceptions that will be outlined later. If you wish to change your main you must first talk to your role lead and the role lead of the group you wish to switch to. If they ok the switch then you will need to fill out an application for your new toon. However on non progression nights you may ask to bring an alt in. However we can and will tell you no more often than yes.

Loot
<Melts In Your Mouth>'s chosen system of loot distribution is to use a Loot Council. The item is linked in raid chat, and raiders who want it reply saying 'main' or 'off' (be sure to mention if it is "best in slot" for your class/spec). The officers then decide which player to give the item to. We do record who gets which item, in order to make sure we distribute items fairly and evenly.

We take into consideration a multitude of things when deciding who to give loot to. A player’s performance/attitude/attendance/contribution to the raid & the guild will usually be our primary consideration, but please understand that there will sometimes be preference given to raiders that fill critical roles (for example, it is usually a good idea to gear up tanks first when progressing through fresh content). In the event the item will help the raid and two or more individuals equally we will allow for the parties to roll on the item looted.
