“Loaded” Guild

Loaded is now opening up their recruitment doors and is looking for some exceptional applicants to fill our ranks. We are a 25man guild mature players, have killed every normal boss in the current content, and have downed Halfus and Chimaeron on heroic. We raid on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday at 6pm PST.

Here's a short summary of what we expect from applicants/recruits:


•Maturity: we expects it. You need to be willing and able to work well with others, as we are a 25man guild. We have a zero-tolerance policy for drama. We haven't had any so far, and would like to keep it as such :)


•You must have well-versed knowledge in your class. We can deal with gear issues, but we can't deal with having to teach you how to do your job. You need to make sure you're keeping up to date with any changes your class undergoes through out each patch.


•You must be able to deal with criticism when needed. While we don't go out of our way to be asshats, both members and recruits alike will hear about it forever if you screw up.


•We expect all our raiding members to make 2 of the 3 raids a week. We raid Tuesday., Thursday. and Sunday. Raids start at 6pm server time pst and run until 9-10pm server time.


•We expect you to always come prepared. You must provide your own raiding mats until your recruitment process has ended. This includes your own flasks/potions/food and making sure you've watched videos and read the strategies for any bosses of which we are working on.


•You also must make sure your gear is always properly gemmed and enchanting for your class. If you're not putting the effort into the gear, you simply won't be given a spot.
